I paid $80 for a agglomeration of makeup that Clinique tells me was delivered. Don't know what its version of "delivered," means; I never received one of the orders. I did that chat thing..The reps merely lied to me and told me to "look." They've at present repeated the aforementioned behavior that was problematic before: I. DID. NOT. Go. MY. ORDER. So shop online Clinique and they'll have your money and lie to you when say "what the **?"

My rosacea flair upwards after using a skin product from a different brand. I consulted my doctor, she said to try Clinique. I went to Clinique official page. Talk to live agent and beauty consultant. I was advise to try on Clinique Redness solution. Afterwards using the products equally my daily regimen I have noticed a huge unlike. My face clears up, redness and swollen had gone done. I was so amazed that I'k actually trying on unlike face products. As well, Kudos to the wonderful agent and beauty consultants. I capeesh you all!

I was recommended this by the worker at Ulta. The face was didn't really do annihilation. I used the hydrating jelly and it started to burn my face all over. Information technology's red and has also gotten worse. However the clearing solution works really well for oil bumps and cystic acne.

My gild from Clinique never arrived. Their tracking info indicated that the lodge never reached OnTrac, while OnTrac's detailed tracking info indicated that the guild was delivered notwithstanding there were four subsequent updates stating that the lodge was delayed. I have a security camera at my front door - at that place were no deliveries on the solar day that the commitment was listed. I relayed this to Clinique and they offered to issue a refund. There was no follow upwards, so I contacted them once more via online chat. I received an electronic mail that I would receive a refund in the amount of less than 1/3 of the order total. I connected with client service again and received a similar electronic mail - all the same less than the order total. I am right now contacting the company for a 4th time.

I placed a meaning order on four/28/21. I had to remember on 4/29 because there was an issue with billing. The rep I was dealing with said she re-issued the Same Verbal order as the day before, only nether a different order #... I was getting several lotions etc in my order and had a Birthday GIFT coupon equally well... Almost a week after -my social club arrives missing two of the items. One being the Birthday gift - the other a night cream. When I chosen - I was told the night cream was on dorsum order. At that place was NO COMMUNICATION of this and if I did not telephone call - how would I know?? The BIRTHDAY Souvenir was an oversight and they were sending it out AGAIN on 4/29. Here it is 5/24 (almost a Calendar month later) and still NO Birthday Gift OR Night lotion. This makes me Non want to bargain with this visitor whatsoever further!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Happy Birthday to me... NOT!!!

I accept been using the product for 20+ years but will no longer give them my business. While they promote FREE RETURNS - yous will NEVER arrive contact (email/text/call) to request for a return authorization! All emails show as "READ" but nobody will ever respond to.

I cancelled an order successfully with an agent on xi/28/2020, then supersede with another guild. But They charged me for both of these orders, never received a refund subsequently 10 business days equally they claimed for this cancelled order. I contacted their client service several times, the first 3 agents confirmed the cancellation was successful, and ensure me a refund, ask me to wait. But 20 business days accept passed. Still no refund. And so I contacted the quaternary amanuensis, the agent said although the order is cancelled, it is yet shipped out. But I did not receive the product, so I cannot tell if the fourth agent is telling the truth or information technology is just an excuse not to complete the refund process. I am also curious why they transport a cancelled gild. This entire communication process caused me more than half-dozen hours, and no result in the stop. I am actually disappointed with Clinique's customer care. I always thought Clinique is a trustable company, just after this issue, I highly doubt information technology.

I always purchased Clinique from the store, due to the pandemic I decided to use the Clinique website and I got the well-nigh awful support that a visitor at this size can requite. One of my items has not received and I sent 3 emails. Nobody replied. When I called customer service she was not at all nice and said to me "I cannot practise anything for you" and hang up without even maxim farewell.
